Our Journey So Far: Key Milestones
Through meticulous planning and hard work, our teams have successfully delivered thousands of units across various extensions. Take a look at how our footprint has grown:
Laying the Foundation
2022 / 2023
An incredibly active period of delivery across multiple extensions:
- Extension 4: Successfully delivered 420 units within 10 high-density blocks.
- Extension 1: Completed and handed over 392 freestanding block units.
- Extension 2: Completed 345 freestanding blocks.
- Community Amenities: Built and delivered the core community hall and local sports facility to foster connection and recreation.
Sustained Momentum
2023 / 2024
Continued growth in individual housing stock:
- Extension 1: Added 42 freestanding blocks to the development.
- Cumulative Growth: By the end of this phase, Extensions 1 and 2 reached a combined total of 779 freestanding blocks delivered between 2022 and 2024.
Expanding Options
2024 / 2025
- Cross-Extension Development: Successfully constructed 70 freestanding units spanning across Extensions 2, 3, and 4 to meet diverse family needs.
Honoring Our Veterans
2025 / 2026
- Military Veteran Housing: A deeply meaningful milestone where we delivered 18 specialized block units dedicated to military veterans across Extensions 1, 2, and 4.
Looking Ahead: Phase 2 is Underway!
We aren’t slowing down. Earthmoving equipment is already on-site as Phase 2 land preparations officially kick off.
Our next immediate goal is the expansion of an additional 555 units. This massive undertaking will push our total development milestone to an incredible 3,635 units overall.
