Job Title: General Workers

Location: Dan Tloome Mega City, Wheatlands.

Job Type: 6 months contract

Responsibilities:

-Collecting waste materials and Remove waste bins from common property

-Paper picking in all site common areas

  • Maintain gardening, lawns, and outdoor spaces on common property
  • Water plants, trees, and lawns
  • Mow, trim, and edge lawns, trees, plants
  • Prune plants, shrubs, and trees
  • Remove weeds, debris and remove papers, plastics etc to keep and maintain the green environment in all common areas
  • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides (when required)
  • Maintain good condition all working tools and equipment.
  • Report maintenance issues to management

-Housekeeping in all common property

-Any other general work required on site and common property

Requirements:

-Ages: 18-45

-ID copy and valid proof of residence

  • Minimum experience in cleaning, waste management, gardening or landscaping, handyman services

-Basic Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, tools and equipment

  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all-weather condition
  • Valid driver’s license (not compulsory)

-Verifications and interviews will be conducted on all the shortlisted candidates

  • Time management

-Ability to work under pressure

  • Basic cleaning, gardening and waste management skills

NB: Bring your certified copy of ID and valid proof of residence to apply. Dan Tloome residents who meets the criteria will be given a priority.
