Removal of Illegal Structures

To all Residents, CLOs, and Block Representatives of Dan Tloome Mega City Development:

We are currently undertaking essential maintenance to address defects and damages reported by residents. However, the maintenance team is facing significant challenges due to illegal structures built around ground-floor units.

The Issue:

Makeshift structures—including unapproved carports, extended fences, and attached shacks—are currently preventing the maintenance team from erecting necessary scaffolding and positioning working equipment.

Immediate Action Required:

Owners of these structures are requested to urgently remove them.

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

Please be aware that if the workers continue to experience blockages caused by these structures:

• They will be unable to perform the repairs.
• They will be forced to skip the affected blocks entirely and move on to other areas where access is clear.
• Your block will be left unattended, and reported defects will remain unfixed.

Community Cooperation:

We request all residents to cooperate and be patient with the workers. Our goal is to ensure all defects are attended to as per your complaints, but we cannot do this without clear access to the building facades.

Note to CLOs: Please intervene immediately to ensure all residents are sensitized to this issue and made aware of the consequences.

To guarantee high standards, all candidates will undergo a vetting process. While experience and relevant trade certificates or qualifications are not strictly mandatory for all roles, they will be a strong advantage in the selection process. Quality of work is non-negotiable.
